I have a co-worker who I sometimes see when I go into the office. Every lunch break I caught him, because he was also kind of a nerd. I'd stop to talk about games with him. Anyways he'd be on his cellphone checking if there was any new trump tweets and would always say to me. Hey did you catch the recent trump meltdown on twitter. I'd play it off and say naw I must have missed it.
The guy loved reading trump tweets but hated trump. It kind of tickled me inside with a mental chuckle.

His executive order forcing healthcare service providers to disclose pricing procedures was a massive accomplishment. I can’t think of anything another president has ever done to increase transparency and competition among healthcare providers such as this.

He was recently nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts in brokering formal diplomatic relations between a number of Arab nations and Israel (but I don’t think any of us put much stock in such prizes after seeing our last president receive one)

I feel he’s done well - he’s kept a lot (not all, mind you) of his campaign promises while battling a hostile media and corrupt political establishment every step of the way.

He sucks up to Israel too much - but he’s short of political allies and there ain’t no lobby bigger than the Zionists.

Obama got one for literally doing nothing though. Even Obama himself was pretty much like "uhhh, I don't think I should get this". Normalizing relations between Israel and two Arab nations is a legitimate accomplishment, but since Trump did it people bend over backward to find a reason why it's bad and\or insignificant. Because people are completely deranged by the media and whatever happens to ooze accross their fb\twitter feed.
