General V'Deers doesn't patrol

Title says it all. Waited for him for several in-game days now and haven't seen him outside the bank once.

Don't have skeleton form yet. That doesn't address the problem, though, which is that in classic V'Deers patrolled the zone every night.

Is this working properly now? The dragoons should go chill in the guard house at 6pm, then head out between 9-10pm.

Ive seen this guy patroll plenty of times outside of bank area. Hes not in the bank during the evening.
