Are sol ro quest pieces in game?

I am working on my enchanter mask quest. I killed the skeleton monk in guk for a few hours and had no luck. Curious if the quest piece is in game yet.

Many are, many aren't, although you shouldn't bank on any of them still being in your inventory when the sol ro patch actually comes out; they obviously are not supposed to be in game yet. I love this server and these devs, but I do question how much actual testing went into green server 1.0.
