![]() Reinforced armour has the same AC as banded, but with a much lower weight!
This is true for the following slots: Face, Neck, Boots. If you want to min max your banded armour set, your best bet is to swap those three slots out for reinforced leather and save a couple of pounds. Also, everyone knows leather boots look way cooler than chainmail socks! | ||

![]() What JimJam said in the OP Is True
Reinforced Mask : 4 AC / 0.3 WT Banded Mask : 4 AC / 1.0 WT - Reinforced Gorget: 5 AC / 0.4 WT Banded Gorget: 5 AC / 2.0 WT - Reinforced Boots: 6 AC / 1.9 WT Banded Boots: 6 AC / 5.0 WT AC does affect how much melee damage you take on P99. The devs have worked hard to make sure it's as classic as possible. ---- https://wiki.project1999.com/Reinforced_Armor Quote:

![]() The weight on the hats isn't too god awful for monks either.

![]() Raising blacksmithing to banded trivial levels is a hell of a lot cheaper and easier than raising tailoring to reinforced trivial levels.
But yes - weight sensitive people need such information. Thanks.
