Alicia Starshimmer

Was looking for my enchant silver bar spell today. Wiki puts the NPC merchant at this location 600, -930 in Southern Felwithe. I'm fairly confident I was at the correct location, but no NPC to be found. I was also using the screen shot of the NCP in the wiki and the deco in the room looked identical.
