After extracting spellfiles still can't get online

So after extracting Spellfiles 47 to my Titanium directory, it still prompts me to download the files. Not sure what's going on here, each time I've done it I haven't had issues like this before. I'm a 5 year player so I know it's not something I'm doing wrong.
