Masta Raska and the Shackle of Clay

So maybe I screwed up? Was I supposed to hail him or something first? I collected the 4 items, combined the bag, and handed it in into master Raska (iksar monk first quest) got nothing in return.

Just curious how these things are solved since it really wasn't a huge deal I've already started getting the necessary components again, but like I said, I was curious what happens when THIS happens? Would suck on a epic Q :\

Double check your log to make sure the combine worked. Possible you hit combine and had a bad component in there, so you handed in an uncombined bag?
