Default How do I get the game to run in full screen?

This is driving me crazy, if I select full screen from options, it displays full screen, until I click outside of where the window is, then it drops back to small window. Any suggestions, please? Thanks in advance!!

Alt+Enter works for me. On rare occasions I have to do it 3 times. Alt-Enter to go into full screen, Alt-Enter again to come out of full screen, and Alt-Enter one final time to go into full screen. If there is any goofiness going on as you described, that usually takes care of it. But just the one Alt-Enter is usually enough for me.

I'm a new player too and I'm having many full screen / drop to minimize problems too and the only fix I have found thus far is to ALT + Enter [back to Full Screen] *and then the important part* after doing that is to use the hotkey to open the Options panel and *reselect the display size and refresh rate* and apply it. If I don't do that any mouse input to the Full Screen ui elements drops back to minimized again and I have to start all over.

So far at 3 or 4 hours played and 70% of my time is fighting the minimize + drop to windowed mode problem I'm having.
