Accessing The Hole as enchanter

Hey,

I did some googling on how to get access to the hole and it seems like you need to do some faction work to be able to buy the key and/or access the elevator.

Is this true for enchanters as well or is it possible to circumvent this with illusions or factions boosts?

Basically, what’s the easiest way for me as an high elf enchanter to get there? (Or other races for future reference)

Gnomes can squeeze through with some ducking and wiggling. But use enduring breath in case it takes a while.

I have images in my head of a greased up gnome squeezing into the Hole.

I went into warrens and killed for about 5 minutes, literally, then went back in erudite illusion and collaboration and got my Keyz, then i went down and bought my hole key.

Sounds easy enough, I’d prefer to actually have the key instead of squeezing through the hole in the door. What con do I do get down the elevator and buy he key?

Kill in warrens for 5 minutes, use erudite illusion and collaboration, then hail guard and tell him “keyz”

That’s how to use elevator

Everyone always says to just tell the guards "keyz" but every time I grab a key to Paineel the phrase is "needz keyz"

Gnome illusion is the easiest and free way like someone mentioned. There's a small hole in the upper right corner of the rock you can swim in and out of.

If you want to get other people in with you, for a Paineel key just charm the guard and say "keyz". After you're in Paineel if you're Agnostic you can buy the Hole key with Erudite Illusion + Collab.

May want to take care while wandering around Paineel though, it's been a long time I can't remember if any guild leaders are KOS if you haven't done any faction work.

If you are good-enough faction for the guards, the rest of the city should be fine-- all of Paineel is on a single faction. Provided your illusion stays up and you don't attack anything, you're in the clear.

This is why I had my Iksar Necro kill stuff in the Warrens for a couple hours-- to make Paineel my homebase. Paineel is also conveniently located near the Tox port

You can charm a guard to get to amiable which should let you get a key.
