Sneak bug?
I've been banking in cabilis on my rog from lv41 till lv50. I've noticed when you interact with the banker the hide/sneak is reusable, which makes the banker kos, but bank window is showing. Hide succeeds after interaction but Sneak is always 100% fail after the interaction with npc, so I have to wait for it to refresh after the fail mssg.
Question is this a bug? -Interact with banker with sneak/hide on -Bank window pops up with sneak/hide being reusable -Hide succeeds but sneak 100% fail on the first time EVERYTIME of the interaction, have to wait for 2nd sneak pop up before moving. | ||

If I'm not misunderstanding, i think your problem is you need to manually drop hide and keep sneak on before clicking banker. Other rogues can confirm, but i know that is the case when handing in quest components.
