Post 2/14 patch: Illusion factions borked.

I have no idea how to do a real bug report, but I'm gonna try and be as nerdy about this as possible.

Situation: Outside Neriak, with dark-elf illusion (guise). Target Guard E'tru and consider.
Expected result: Guard E'tru reports glowering or higher faction.
Actual result: Guard E'tru reports scowling faction.
