I followed all instructions, many times with same results it happens every so often. Died at least 5 times from it, and its making me want to quit =/

I'm pretty sure the hit mechanics are all messed up too, I play a ranger so kinda unfair if I'm not kiting all the time. I keep getting hit for max hit 6 times in a row on a Yellow yet when I fight even or blue that doesn't happen.

Not trying to beat the dead horse, but anybody else still had this issue?
1) No server selection 2) When server selection appeared, I kept getting cant connect to the server by an unknown problem 3) Once I finally got into my character selection screen, it froze (The server is not responding) I have Uverse as ISP and it seems like since I installed new patches/file that suggested from the guide, I had a lot of crashing issues in between zones.
