Wolf form and CoV faction

So I'm dubious without wolf form and scowls with. I'm assuming it's possible to be not kos in wolf form with high enough CoV? If so, does anyone know how high? amiably/kindly/warmly/ally etc?

Thanks man I got to 54 over the weekend and knocked out ally Coldain and dubious CoV. I love the new wolf form but it’s a liability in CoV zones (takes me back to scowls).

I'm ally with CoV, it drops to warmly when I am in wolf form.

I actually can't think of an example where a faction can be raised but cannot be raised far enough to surmount any race religion or illusionary form combination to be above threateningly

Maybe Velious faction. But all factions?

My bard is scowling to cab guards til he pops water elemental illusion, then he's amiable. That's too great a window to explain a race/deity combo.

To be honest, if there is an example, its likely to be in Kunark. First, I know those the least personally, second, all my best weird examples are like yours. Some Friona payrolls are kindly as a human but scoels to my DE.

I really do currently believe but am unsure though that anything raisable can become dubious to all the race classes though.

Up to indifferent with Othmir which drops to threateningly in wolf form. It looks like mid to high aimiable will allow for wolf dubious.
