Priests of Life Faction Help?

Hello p99 friends! Its great to still be playing on this box. Even though I am super casual I do still have a lot of fun and I appreciate the the job you all do to make this a great game. I thank you guys because EQ is a very social game and we all know without the players, p99 would definitely lose its appeal!

Now lets get down to business. I stream at times to promote the server and I would like to start doing something different than the usual solo efreeti/tranix and velketors camp on my druid. So I thought I would try HS south out with my necro. But before I done this I wanted to get a soulfire on my iksar necro (worships CT). All of you old school raiders know between Speedi and Kaleadar I have probably done over a hundred soulfires. But I need your guidance to enable me to get this done on Krikey (my necro)

TLDR:

I go to get the faction on my necro and its been a pain. I won't go into what exactly happened, but lets say it was total noob mode! Well I am sure you guys are not surprised, after all we are talking about Speedi right? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Anyway, my iksar necro is KoS to Lashun Novashine. Even with an alliance neck and in wolf/skely form I am threateningly. So I need to know the fastest way to get my Priests of Life up to dubious so I can do the gold turn in quest to get high enough (amiable) and then finish up with the fish quest and be done. Right now I have been killing putrid skeletons in SK. They are a semi-fast respawn and give priests of life faction, but I am not sure if that is the fastest way. No go, enchanter friend that was charming him for me while I was doing turn ins said when he had him charmed he didn't get the faction. I have strings as well, if it worked I would use them. Thanks for the offer though friend.

Have you tried Silver Bars with Fixxin Followig: http://wiki.project1999.com/Werewolf_Hunters

I remember reading that Iksars can use him to increase faction with wolf form, so it might be worth a shot if you haven't tried it.

Yeah, any time a mob is charmed it's not supposed to give any faction from turn-in's. I would just keep killing the skellies, by the time you run around trying all this other shit you probably could've got to Dubious killing skellies.

Is the Alliance neck bumping you from Scowls to Threatening with wolf form on? Or are you Threatening before click and after click? If you are Threatening before click and after you shouldn't need to kill that many skellies, Threatening is only like ~350 points on P99 and the neck gives you almost 1/3 of that.

Don't think you'll need a Soulfire to do South though unless you are planning on giving your pets some expensive shit.

I have saw other Iksar's do soulfires before. I think I have even saw an Iksar necro as well. Was you joking or serious? I can't tell with you sometimes [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

i'm saying iksar necro being able to become friends with this faction is a non-classic bug

and that you're trying to exploit said bug

You can get priests of life faction from the undead camp in South Karana, right near the bridge. It's slow going, but it works.
