Necro Solo Ice Giants

I always enjoyed camping Ice Giants out there in EFP. What is a safe level for a necro to be able to do so?

44 easy safe, 39 if you can handle a few FD resets

I wouldn't attempt the Ice Giants now until maybe level 49 or 50 since this last patch. Ice Giants are resisting all types of dots and direct damage now.
