Boys cant create another character

Hi. One of the kids that works with me cant create any other characters. He goes through all the steps and when he completes and hits next, it kicks him.

Is this a known issue?

What is he trying to make? This issue happened to me many years ago when I tried to make a race/class combo that wasn't classic. I could click the buttons to make it but when I hit enter world I would get booted.

Gnome SK/Paladin?

As for me I had tried to make a gnome paladin [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Alas it isn't classic.
