Novelty Names
Greetings Norrathians, and happy Friday,
With Kunark rapidly approaching, I know there are many of you who are making or planning to make new characters. I have several attractive and unique names on reserve, which I am taking platinum and item offers on. Upfront payment only. However, I am more than willing to use a Bob for escrow. it's kind of like parking domain names, which can turn out to be profitable. Not as stupid as it sounds i don't think. I think we'd all like to have an alt called "Fred"

What stops a GM from deciding your cutesy name doesn't follow the naming policy? If it gets changed, do they get their money back? Hell, if I were a GM I would change the names you sell just to fuck with you.
I got an idea for you. If you want to be an even bigger douche bag, go browse the Internet Archives and create characters with names of well known players from the past who may return to the game here on P99. Then they'll have to pay you to get their name.
