Eye Patch of Plunder - Failed Turn in
Playing on Stivon level 60 Warrior today, combined 4 parts of iceclad map to make Completed Map of Iceclad. This was turned into Captain Nalot between 12:40pm and 1:00pm Eastern. Please check the logs and verify to have item Completed Map returned for another turn in attempt or provide quest reward when you get a moment.

The combined parchment was supposed to be turned in to the lost pirate not Captain Nalot -- this looks like your error. Read the quest more closely.
