spawning general, using DE trained/pathing back to hut

its been a while, and i vaguely recall doing this with someone else a year or so ago just want to double check if anyone has done it. to spawn general you simply turn the sealed box into any dark elf in the hut, so what about training them all or some of them to like RV or HHP, zoning, and the rogue with the box sneaks up behind one and turns it in. General spawns yeah?

Pretty sure i did like 4 in a row like this, just don't recall exactly because some dude failed not long after but I think it was because he was stupid and left hide on and lied about not taking it off. even though turning it in while at the hut isn't too hard, this is just stupidly simpler.

We just did this, rogue turned in at hut. General spawned, druid harmonied rogue screwed up pull (me) and died. Rogue got rezzed druid harmonied and pulled to RV. Got some adds but was actually pretty easy.

Was just checking and double confirmed it earlier. Basically if you're lazy you can do this way:

1) aggro all the dark elves at the house, drag them RV or HHK ZL, when close enough, zone.
2) have rogue sneak up to the one in the back of the pack, or if one splits off whatever. drop hide so sneaking only and turn box in
3) general now spawned sitting solo at burned house, pull him solo to wherever you are killing(dont run him thru the pathing back dark elves obv)

Kind of related, if you're redoing the epic for the high elf mask, bring a ranger/druid along for harmony on the head turn in just in case. I know someone who got killed a few times from bad positioning...make it easy as possible ^^

Do people still do the Stanos head? Velious might have killed the need for something different to do.

Nothing really scheduled per se but Aftermath does a run on Stanos every 3-4 months.

In any case, training the DE's is not ever necessary. In 3rd person view, a clever rogue can hand in to anyone in the hut just by sneaking with no aggro whatsoever, even for turning in the head to General.
