he was using strategy and corner casting, u know where u back into a corner and cast in the corner w/o moving

we all know how cutter plays.. only with someone on his side or to his advantage when they are afk or in scrub gear, he plays smart ill give him that... he has no balls though, know for sure he wont pvp you out in a open zone, its not hard to hit melee attack with primal and kill some lvl 56 shaman geared with about 10k worth of stuff.
