Default Blind mobs

They warp around like crazy if they get out of melee range from their aggro target, and if you do finally get back into melee range, they just keep warping. Not classic and broken as hell.

If you cast one of these and then move away from the monster (out of melee range) they will just run in a straight line until it wears off. But they will stop and attack any one that comes within melee range.

The blind mechanic being so broken makes some weapons like the Wrapped Entropy Serpent Spine much riskier to use than they ever were on live. If a blind mob was running on Live, you just got into melee range and engaged it, and it would stop. On P99 they just warp around ridiculously unless you root them.

There are already lots of threads about this (may want to do a search for "flash of light"). Here is a good one with nilbog posts: http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=31570

Fair enough, but that was 5 years ago and it's still broken.
