Pixie Powder Cinnesticks combine not working

Following the recipe of Pixie Dust x3 (not stacked) and Cinnamon Stick x1 in a mixing bowl is saying "You cannot combine these items in this container type.

I have done the combine before, noticed this problem about 3 nights ago.
