Spells: Buffs dropping on zone

Not every zone but at least 3 times since the last patch and i dont really zone all that often once i get into game

All buffs will drop if you zone and have less hp than what your buffs give you.
Could this be what happened?

actually no i only had sow on but was low on health not low enough to be walking even....

maybe 30% hp

I think it's if your health is below the amount of what your gear gives you.

When you zone the server loads your character first, then it loads your gear.

If you zone and have less HP than what your gear adds, then you would technically be at or below 0 hp and dead upon loading into the new zone. Instead, the server strips your buffs and loads you alive.

This can work out in your favor. It will also strip dots/debuffs. Want to get rid of rabies or a dot that might kill you? Zone and viola, gone!

I know this was put in resolved, but it seems like the threshold for this was bumped higher, possibly too high? I'm losing buffs when I zone out at 35% health

EDIT: nevermind I think it's cause i have tons of +hp gear
