Miscellaneous: Tooltips completely missing

Logged on today and all my tooltips are gone like when you hover over something. Holding alt isn't working either.

Is there a way to fix this?

This. It's an issue I rarely come across and I forget exactly what causes it but if you completely restart your computer it will resolve itself. Simply restarting EQ won't fix it though.

Me either. It happens a lot on my work machine. A few websites will lock up eq completely it's rather interesting. I can Alt + Ent to fix it.


But I digress.
