Bankers in North Freeport

The bankers in North Freeport are now Dwarves, this make having a transaction with them difficult. It causes an untold number of mistaken clicks when there is more than one person there. Not to mention it is very annoying. Is there a reason these were changed? If there is then fine, I guess we will all have to walk through the door to bank from now on. It is very inconvenient .
