Glad to be back in Norrath!

I am, thus far, an absolute failure at Charm soloing but loving it nonetheless! Can't wait until I can do it without having to run (unsowed) screaming to the nearest zone line... At least i have hopefully kept a few nearby players entertained!

Currently sitting at lvl.12 trying to decide where i actually want to lvl - due to shifts & limited play time, a lot has been spent solo so far, but managed to join a few decent groups along the way and remembered why i loved this game so much, so long ago!

If anyone can recommend a low level "leveling" guild i would be very much obliged- most of my game time tends to be around evening EST hours despite living in the UK,

Finally...that corpse run to Firiona Vie (as a Dark Elf mind) the other night brought back memories!

Thank you for that visual of running (screaming) to the zone line this morning! I'll use that for entertainment during my meeting in a few minutes.

I believe there are a few leveling guilds about, one in particular being Vita Infinita (http://www.project1999.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=243866).

I assume you're a DE enchanter charm soloing?

At lvl 12 go to steamfont mountains, from the zone in from lfay bust a left and you'll find a 4 spawn of minotaurs. You can single/double pull em and they're perfect from lvl 12-14 charming. You can learn the ropes on them. You'll get some decent money there too - the minos drop all sorts of gems and axes to sell right in zone using illusions.

At level 14 go to sisters camp in lfay. They drop bronze weapons that sell for 1-4 pp a piece. Really good money at that level. Bind yourself near (but not too near) the wood elf camp so you can charm kill sisters till encumbered, illusion, gate, and sell.

Haha that's an awesome visual! Charm soloing at lower lvls definitely makes the pulse quicken! Nice job roughing through it though

Thank you both for your suggestions! Did Minos for a bit (and wish i'd stayed longer) but ended up in Erud's Crossing for a bit, Oasis, and have now parked myself in EK. Always found Sisters a bit difficult to find uncamped, so after a few attempts, moved elsewhere- shame, as i could have used the extra dosh!

Other than a particularly bad run of play which resulted in three deathes in less than an hour thanks to somehow running right into Coercer Q'ioul (who helpfully sees through invis) , and almost putting my fist through the monitor, it's been bloody good fun... In a masochistic sort of way, i am enjoying the squishiness of enchanters- resists certainly get the old adrenaline pumping.

I realised before i came back play time was going to be an issue, but i am thoroughly enjoying all of it...

I am tempted to head out to Unrest and/or Mistmoore (especially as I have NEVER done any leveling there) but due to "wierd" playing hours, am concerned that groups may be an issue- is charm soloing feasible in these areas?

Also, if anyone can suggest some interesting/ different camps for a lvl.20 I am always looking for different places to embarrass myself in!
