Butcherblock. Hung around there a lot when I first played, soloing at low levels - been a fan ever since.

SBM? Stonebrunt Mountains, I assume? I really liked what they did with the whole Stonebrunt/Warrens thing, Odus badly needed a mid/low level zone. Plus they had a bunch of quests for unique clicky / low level items and this guy was an awesome boss.

I always liked Sol A/B as the archetypal fantasy/D&D dungeon, with its goblins, giants, and a bad ass dragon.

as far as the original trilogy is concerned, Dreadlands probably one of my favorites , soooo many great memories in that zone, also Kael, Velks.

Blackburrow has to be my all time favorite zone, reasons:
- You are still low enough of a level to solo there pretty much as any class. - The layout of the dungeon I always thought was awesome. - A sense of danger the lower and deeper you go. - Snake pit and Snake Ledge is freakin awesome. Could solo snakes without adds and general safety. - There are a few named or boss gnolls that spawn. - It had it's own community, because it was so far out of the way for most players. Only barbarians and humans / half elves really hung out here. - Gnoll teeth quest, both are just amazing and addictive. - Some decent classic loot drops, spiked collar / studded collar, even the snake fang was awesome to me at the time. - Train! Anything I'm missing about this zone? | ||
