I can't see models

Hey guys. I just installed a new graphics card, switching my computer from the integrated to a dedicated. Now, when I log in, it is extremely laggy at the character select screen and I can't see the model of a character, only their weapons.

I've spent some time searching the forums and the only possible answer I found was to make some graphics changes to the eqclient.ini, but this didn't seem to make a difference. Any help you have would be appreciated.
