West Commons Is Broken...

I port or try to port into West Commons, the game will place me somewhere in the current zone I'm in and tell me that West Commons is not ready to accept people at this time and to check back at a later time. Also, it turns off all my spells, as in faded out and if I click on any of them, it says that I haven't recovered yet and I have to log out and back in to fix the problem.
