snakes and spiders

I feel with as many people viewing and posting bugs.. you guys know a lot more about spider and snake poisons than I do.

I did a query for the snakes and spiders.. so we can get this straightened out.

If you know which poison these npcs should use, feel free to edit this. Some of these npcs have been set to 0%.. or belong to expansions we will never see.

Its down not intentionally. We just need Rogean to restart it. It is being debugged as well, so its crash reports will make for a better experience. It has nothing to do with this thread.

From my memory snakes and spiders from level 3-9 or 4-9 (not sure, but I think 4-9) use Weak Poison and from 10-? they use Poison.

I was 75% health and was poisoned (spiderling)

Sat to regen health

Poison killed me

Discuss

P.S. There is a reason why the entrance to the DE city is strewn about with corpses more than anywhere else~

I agree: I was level 4 killing blue con spiderlings yesterday with a 7/27 weapon, bard, in full banded. One spiderling at a time was taking me down to 22-27% hp after poison ran out. I decided to stop levelling on them after 5 different spiderlings... Is there something wacky going on with spiders/poison? =\

correct me if im wrong but the main issue was level 1-2 spiderlings and snakes did not poison at all in live no?[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Also feeling good to help contribute other than ooc spam! woooooo me.

That's what I thought. A spiderling or it's relatives of the same lvl had no poison, it was just a model + loot table swap for fire beetles. The large spiders did have poisons, but not sure if even them had such lethal ones. Far as I can recall from live, only poison that actually managed to be properly threatening was the one you'd catch from rattlesnakes in EC. The poison they used was a veritable ranger-gate.
