My friends wife had her life destroyed by a car accident malfunction and had permanently scarring surgery on her face. They sought 9 million case went on for 5 years and ended up with 750,000 after fees and the judges discretionary reduction on what is basically an "automatic" appeal. The big judgments you nerds read are face value for the press to sex it up for the couch potatoes. Keep jerking to those numbers. She is lucky to get 500k on appeal given the success she has had as a result of the video. I'd point out the benefits, focus on the fact this only did emotional damage. That is worth MAYBE a few million at best going by other porn tape civil suit precedents. I know a famous porn tape suit did completely go sideways and the full award of like 6 million was ordered by the judge. Rare as fuck.

1. a random hotel operator gave him the room number.. so all hotels are somehow going to have to protect them from one of thier millions of employees from accidentally fucking up and sharing room information. 2. aint no way they are going to be able to do that, any good con-artist/hacker can get whatever info they want from anyone. 3. This dude has done this same shit to 10 other women... will she share winnings of her case with them?!?!?!? I FUCKING DOUBT IT BURN THE WITCH | ||
