Trooper Mozo Bone Chip Turn In

At kunark launch you were able to turn in 4 stacks of 4 bone chips to get 4x faction hits per trade, as near as I can tell this was nerfed somewhere around 2002 to only work 4x1 bonechip for a single faction gain. On the test server only 4 individual chips is working.

After handing in 7100 or so bone chips, the faction end of this quest is working correctly.

also I believe the turning-in-stacks thing is client related.

Also when you hail him he doesn't say anything. THe only reason I new he did the quest was from looking online.

I had no issue with hailing him. Try standing closer.
