The gear in the BiS profile is essentially unattainable within any type of reasonable time frame…Depending on your guild, unattainable…ever…However! Rangers get nice gear upgrade in Velious and you can do great DPS pretty quickly. Rangers are not as bad as the rep they get, especially now that we are in the End Times and there is a fair amount of RNG only and RNG/WAR only gear

The Narandi Crown will never be usable by rangers on P99. You'll just have to settle on a KT or PD Crown instead. The rest is though!
