FV : Froglok Tal Shaman - Resolved

http://eqbeastiary.allakhazam.com/search.shtml?id=27170 shows the FV tal shaman as being lvl 31, its conning light blue to me at 51, so I think its somewhat boosted above spec.

This is working as intended.

The full level range is lvl 31-35, so you got one of the high ones.
