Coldain Ring 8 new roll tim

There's another post about the new Coldain ring rolls, and someone proposed that since we are rolling at 9:05 and it pops at 9:16, we should move it back. The problem is the thread is all about changing the rules for rolling to change how rollers roll. The idea is a good one I think. They suggested 9:15, but that's not really enough time if 40 people roll.

Would everyone be okay with 9:10 EST roll? Be there at 9:10 and /random 1000 for your shot at getting ring 8.

Did the NPC repop after server shutdown?
If not,likely repop is pushed back an hour due to server downtime? Either way a new time I think.
