Multiple Players in Household
I have filled out an IP exception form but have not heard back as of yet. Does the exemption allow for 3 different players in the household? There would be myself, my husband, and my son that are all wishing to play on 3 different computers. At the moment, myself and my husband are able to play at the same time. Or my husband and my son can play. However all 3 of us cannot play at the same time. An error comes back saying that our IP is temporarily blocked.

You need to have patience. The staff is very busy but they will get to you. I would say if you don't hear anything for a week, maybe bump the thread as a reminder.

Your petition for IP exemption needs to list all 3 account names that you wish to play at the same time. The petitions have been taking several weeks so have patience and don't bump your post. I have the same issue at my house and I believe it means only 1 of the accounts currently has the IP exemption applied to it.
