A question for GMs, is this true?

Here is a little conversation between a TMO vet & Thumperx who is played by Agatha or one of his crew. Thumperx claims GMs here look the other way on RMT for this guy.

Is this true? If not, perhaps something to look into.

Lately Agatha has been attacking TMO in ooc and RnF because we booted him for behavior that wasn't accepted in our guild. He took his crew secretly to kill kunark mobs during the velious release so they could get items(perhaps for RMT) & also to not have to share with the rest of the guild they joined.

What does it matter to tmo? They kicked him and his crew lol if you don't like them killing other mobs then maybe not kick them or go pvp them?
