Account is currently banned?

Tried to log on this morning and says:
"This account is currently banned. Please contact customer service for more information".
This seemed the best place to post this issue unless there is some other way of contacting "customer service".

I think you should post in the Petition Forum if you want clarification on why your account is banned.

Did you RMT? Or something?

No. I haven't done anything against the rules as far as I know. I had to be summed and rezed by a guide yesterday as I forgot to rename lavastorm.eqg and the zone got real buggy for me.

Dang little brother always getting his account banned, at least he makes up for it by following him around on his lvl 60 druid for ports and buffs.

Does your cousin have access to both accounts? Usually one logging in to buff the other when he's not around is something to consider if you (or he) has done.
