Default Missing spellbook

Since we're enjoying some down time right now, I thought I would try to find an answer to my issue.

For the last couple months on my necromancer, my spellbook does not look right. The actual parchment and more importantly the names of the spells are missing. All I get is sixteen floating spell icons and the left and right page buttons. This is only happening on one of my characters. I've tried what I know how to do through the display settings in options. Any ideas?

It's probably not a display setting issue. More like a UI issue. What UI does that character use?
