![]() try deleting server/charactor ini files. Sometimes they get corrupted and give problems with window settings. They should recreate themself when you log in again ( you will have to re arrange your UI though.
another thing that causes this is when something is updating in the background and giving a pop up ( like an AVG update notice, or stuff like that) or when a program has been set to always be on top, this will make that happen. Like VLC set to always be on top while eq runs only works in windowed. Also if you switch between both full screen and windowed alot the ini can get messed up/confused as to what setting you are on. It can sometimes rewrite the ini file slower than some switch between the setting.

![]() Move your eg window while it's in windowed mode directly to the top left corner of your screen. Make sure there's no space in between the borders of EQ and your screen, then full screen and should be okay

![]() I've noticed alot of people having issues playing in full screen mode, so I decided to let you know what worked for me.
Once in game in windowed mode, hit alt+enter then alt+O to get to the eq options. Then click display >>video mode >>and just click accept. This will make the mouse cursor respond to the accurate point. **Keep in mind before you do this, the mouse cursor will not respond accurately. therefore, you will have to move the cursor around off the target until the buttons highlight then click. IF you are getting kicked back into desktop when trying to click on the EQ button, that is because the cursor is actually targeted to your desktop screen. However, once you do the trick above, your mouse will click where it needs too and you'll have a functioning fullscreen game play. this should allow you to play full screen; however, if you alt+tab out or alt+enter... you will have to repeat the process to play full screen again. I hope this helps everyone. | ||
