Also which race and what to spend that 500 on that will be the biggest impact

Necro is the only class of the three you'll notice any difference whatsoever with 500pp. Enchanter takes full CHA gear before your charms stop sucking. Cleric is hard to tell the difference between a 100k cleric and a 500pp one.

I'd spend like 300 and save the rest for spells.

Thanks for the message, i really like the way a cheap necro sounds. Any reccomendations on gear worth looking into, and race choice? Not feeling iksar because my monk is iksar already and id like to try something new

The only class that benefits from race more then necro is Ogre warrior. Go iksar 100% or just make something else, the advantage is just huge. As soon as you get your second lich spell you will curse the day you made anything but an iksar.

For gear grab a tome of the eternal for 50pp. Maybe some bracelets of woven grass and/or an advisor robe. Or just spend it all on two 5/55 rings. You'll want some plat to buy some of the mid level pets from players since they are pretty annoying to make yourself.

Awesome reply! I will take your advice and go iksar after a little research on the class. Thank you

just fyi you can gear an enchanter p easily but not for 500p

cha jewelry: ringx2+neck+face+bracerx2 = 46 CHA for ~660p
crude stein: 15 CHA for 50-100p
opalline earringx2: 10 CHA for ~125p
silk evening dress: 5 CHA like 2p from qeynos merchant

76 CHA for about 875p.

That puts you at a clean 171 CHA as a dark elf (my personal favorite) with 25+ CHA starting and you're good to go. then you can self buff to 189 at lv 20.

You can just prioritize the easy stuff for 500p and cover the rest later as its all very common imo. You won't regret having an enchanter.

Edit: btw a good way to finance yourself would be to get the 2x cha bracers and maybe the stein, save money for spells, then at lv 12 head to the lfay sisters which is a good target for learning your charm tactics. just remember to lull. you'll make the extra 300p there in no time.

also had my numbers wrong, fixt

So lets say im a lazy person at heart. Enchanter still gonna be powerful if im not focusing 100% on the game at all times? Gf aggro gets stupid at times and i cant help but give her a little side attention. Is that gonna hurt me alot more on an enchanter than necro?
Also thanks for input towards enchanter

If you want a good compromise between being powerful but also not constantly having to do shit, go with necro. Can just feign death and go take care of things real quick. No buffs to keep up, minimal CC responsibility.
