Spells file is out of date

Good evening, P99 forum!

I am having some trouble with this particular issue. Upon login screen, characters are replaced with "your spells file is out of date ect ect." I checked around on the forums here and found many broken links and a hint about Duxa's having an option 13 to fix this. Unfortunately, upon running Duxa's, no 13th option exists.

Any help with this would be extraordinary...
