Default New to P99 But not to EQ

Just found this whole world of EQ emulation, and was super stoked to hear there existed a server that went back to the way EQ was when I played, where boat rides took time, the Planes were epic, and Freeport to Qeynos was an adventure itself!

So I just started a Bard again (ah twisting), but thought it would be good to know where the general population of lower level folk play. Since walking to Blackburrow is a long hall for a new Wood Elf, I would like to know that people would be in that area. Since the population of the server is lower than a full blown server, can someone let me in on some of the more popular locations?

Thanks, looking forward to playing some classic EQ again!

You'll find people all over. I literally mean all over there can be 10+ people in Blackburrow at 4 in the morning so whatever you want to do you'll be fine. The highest concentrations of people are where you expect, EC is the trade zone so a lot of folks running around int hat area. Oasis is usually pretty packed, EC can get a couple hundred people in it. Toxxulia is busier here than I ever saw on live past like the year 2000, but it's still pretty dead most of the time.

I've been in blackburrow for the last several days. I usually see 3-7 people ranging from level 4-11. Over the weekend, I was in a group of 6 people level 7-9 there. You can always solo while waiting, most of your experience will come from turning in gnoll fangs anyhow.

Very cool, let me know when ya hit EC, I still have roughly 5 or so hours left on my shift, but I will be on shortly after I leave here!
