Default Is there a Tinkering revamp in Velious?

Recently rolled a Gnome WIZ, and am starting to get into Tinkering. I know Tinkering is nigh useless, but it's fun on a Gnome, from an RP perspective. That said, the recipe list is positively anemic, and while browsing the forums, I found references to an alleged Tinkering revamp that supposedly happens in Velious.

Anyone know anything about this, or when it actually happens?

There is one great Velious tinkered item.

Specifically the Vanishing Device. 5 charges of invis, rechargeable with a mana battery. Between a stack of batteries and the devices that's 105 charges of Invis between two inventory slots. On a Melee or cleric, this is quite valuable. The only drawback is you need to carry a Deluxe Toolbox on you to recharge it.

Once Incarnadine BPs get nerfed to Warrior only (not even worth mentioning SK with CoS so available), you'll see a ton of monks and clerics who need a Vanishing Device.

That has two sets of combines. The top set is the current set we have on P99. The bottom set is the Velious additions. Basically is the vanishing device I listed above and the Clockwork armor only warriors and clerics (gnomes) can use. Both of which are rather rare race/class combinations, so you may not find much market on them... Though they are some useful clickies.

Tl;dr - Tinkering is useful for:

Spyglass - instant clicky junk buff
Stalking Probe - cheap recharge Eye of Zomm
Rebreather - Warrior epic and craft able EB
Vanishing Device - Rechargable Invis item

People should also remember that Spyglass is one of the few inventory insta click junk/buff items, along with Jboots and AoN (remind me if there any more, I cant think of any). Since Jboots is only usable outdoors, you have spyglass and AoN for indoor inventory clickies in velious. For a tank who doesn't want to sacrifice a ear or wrist slot in order to maximize HP and stats, inventory clickies become more valuable for coping dispells on certain encounters.

To sit well with Dald's last post:
TL;DR - spyglass is pretty fkin cool.

Spyglass is a annoying sight changing low duration buff. Personally i would never use it for junk buff but do use it for the GCD.

Spyglass can also be used for GCD reset. Great for casters.
