Unable to login / back to login screen after server selected or zoning

Hello, I installed the EQ Titanium client and with the right patch.
But my login chance is like 1% successful rate...99% it said unable to connect, a connection to server couldn't be reach. Or able to login to server select screen, but crash back to login screen after I selected P1999 server..
If i'm lucky enough to login my character, it always crash back to login screen while I zone.

I'm 100% sure my network is fine. My friend laptop is able to login his account in my house.
I'm also 100% sure my EQ folder is work, I did tried to copy and paste my eq folder on my friend laptop. It work fine on his computer. Just not work on my laptop.

My eqhost.txt is :

Tried DNS Flush, still unable to login
Tired to put 108.61.129.166 login.eqemulator.net in my C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc, still unable to login
I ping 108.61.129.166 it will receive a reply
Tried wineq2, still unable to login
