NPC Spawn Issue: Depnar Bulrious

The tattered note guides a Quellious erudite paladin newbie to find the guildmaster, Depnar Bulrious. But I have never seen this guy in temple of divine light at Erudin.

There was a petition in the queue one day and I am pretty sure this should be fixed when it is in the patch notes. I put the change in for the db on December 21st, but we haven't had a patch since December 18th... So it should hopefully be all fixed as long I didn't screw anything up haha.

I think he should be in now. Moving to resolved.

The issue was that he was sharing a spawn point with one of the merchants.
