Use of youtube/twitch for server growth

I'm all for it pals and when I am traveling for work (like I am now) I like to watch server content, but why do you need to post stuff using toxic words like the "f-word" and "n-word" and hateful attitudes. See below at the 5:50ish mark.

Do we really need to post stuff from red 99 showing that kinda hate? It's 2015 bros let's have a good year.
