Miscellaneous: Tol Nicelot faction hits

Been trying to raise heretics faction and I found some info on this guy in Erudin giving positive faction hits to Heretics. It appears that hes not giving the correct faction hits however.

Here is what I get killing him:
[Thu Dec 18 22:41:35 2014] You have slain Tol Nicelot!
[Thu Dec 18 22:41:35 2014] Your faction standing with DeepwaterKnights got worse.
[Thu Dec 18 22:41:35 2014] Your faction standing with PriestsofLife got worse.

According to Alla comments from 2000 his faction hits should not include Priests of Life, but also include a positive faction hit towards the Heretics.
