Has velious armor textures hit beta yet? Can't check myself. Hard drive crashed.

Yes, they are implemented. May need to set Velious textures to true in your INI.

I do not have any option in ini file for velious textures.

Add:
LoadArmor17=TRUE
LoadArmor18=TRUE
LoadArmor19=TRUE
LoadArmor20=TRUE
LoadArmor21=TRUE
LoadArmor22=TRUE
LoadArmor23=TRUE

to the [Defaults] section of your INI. I think that is all of them.
