green screen

I am having to write this post from my phone cause I finally got eq loaded but when I cancelled out of the login screen my tv screen turned green. I shut off the computer and restarted it and my screen is still green. I can hear the computer loading in the background. Any ideas on how to get it to revert back.

Did u change the video setting on TV to certain input (Channel A, B , etc?)?
Unsure of the resolution and other factors that may play a part

I was on the login screen and I hit cancel so I could create my account to play and when I did the screen went green. I think something happened with my video card. I am going to pull it out and install on a different slot and see what happens. Thank you for the reply.
